   Why Choose Imagery?

Currently there are no licensing laws in Maine for Home Inspectors, this means ANYONE can be a Home Inspector with or without any real training.  For that reason, I encourage you to look at the websites of some of our competitors and review their qualifications; what you will find are some inspectors that are trying to convince you that a Home Inspection Course combined with experience in a single specialized or non-specialized occupation qualify them to be your inspector. You can take a chance and hire one of them because their fees may be lower but is this a chance you really want to take on what may possibly be the biggest investment of your life? Some inspectors see a Home Inspection as tool for negotiation but we see it a little differently, yes an inspection can help aide in the negotiation of the purchase price, but our main objective is to provide knowledge to our clients. When you walk into your new home for the first time, we want you to know your new home inside an out as if you have been living there for years.
